Description

Occasionally the page numbering sequence repeats itself within a given microfilm reel. PAGESEQ indicates to which of the sequences of page numbers on each 1860 microfilm reel the case belonged. PAGESEQ can be used in conjunction with REEL, PAGENO, and LINE to locate and view the case as it appeared on the original 1850 and 1860 slave schedules.
