Description
OFFICEPR reports whether a medical, professional, or other office is located on the property of the housing unit. This question is asked to determine whether the property value is distorted by excessive commercial or medical activities.
Codes
This variable is not available for any of the currently selected samples.
Comparability
This variable is available for the Puerto Rican Censuses in 1980 and 1990. The question is comparable across years, but the universe changes. In 1980 the universe does not include group quarters, mobile home or trailer, boat, tent, van, etc. In 1990 the universe includes group quarters, not a one-family house or mobile home.
