Description
VACBOARD identifies vacant units that were boarded up-that is, with windows and doors sealed to protect the interior and prevent illegal entry. Entire structures, as well as individual units within a non-boarded-up structure, can be boarded up. Only units included in the variable VACANCY are included in VACBOARD. Units classified as "usual home elsewhere" in VACELSE are excluded.
