Ratio of HIU income to households poverty guidelines

Description

HIUHHSPOV is constructed by the State Health Access Data Assistance Center (SHADAC) at the University of Minnesota. HIUHHSPOV is the ratio of HIU income to HHS poverty guidelines. It is constructed by dividing the household count by the household poverty guidelines and multiplying by 100. These ratios can span from 0% to well beyond 400% and can be used to construct income categories based on HIU.
