Description
HIUPOVUNIV is constructed by the State Health Access Data Assistance Center (SHADAC) at the University of Minnesota. HIUPOVUNIV is a dichotomous variable representing whether or not a person is in an HIU poverty universe that is used to construct income categories based on HIU.
