Description

NFAMPOV is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of families with $15,000 or more in family income to the total number of families in the neighborhood (families with family income of $15,000 or higher / total families). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place.
