NHEAT is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of the number of units with steam or hot water; central warm-air furnace; built-in electric units; and floor, wall, or pipe-less furnace to the total number of year round units for the neighborhood (units with steam or hot water; central warm-air furnace; built-in electric units; and floor, wall, or pipe-less furnace / total units - year round). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place.
