NUNITS5 is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of units in structures of 5 or more units to the total number of year round units for the neighborhood (units in structures of 5 or more units / total units - year round). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place.
