condominium is housing in which the apartments, houses, or mobile homes in a building or development are individually owned, but the common areas, such as lobbies and halls, are jointly owned. Occupants of a cooperative should mark the
"No" box.
A condominium fee is normally assessed by the condominium owners' association for the purpose of improving and maintaining the common areas. Enter a monthly amount even if it is unpaid or paid by someone else.
