NDIFCNTY is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of the number of persons age 5 and over living in a different county (municipio for Puerto Rico) 5 years ago to the total number of persons age 5 and over in the neighborhood (population 5 years old and over living in a different county (municipio for Puerto Rico) 5 years ago / population 5 years old and over). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place.
This variable is only available for the 1970 Neighborhood Samples (U.S. and Puerto Rico).
