Families with $15,000 or more family income (total families)

Description

NFINC15 is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of families with $15,000 or more in family income to the total number of families in the neighborhood (families with family income of $15,000 or higher / total families). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place. For similar variables in the Puerto Rican census that indicate the proportion of families with less than $1,000 and $6,000 family income, see NFINC1PR and NFINC6PR, respectively.
