Description

NVALUE25 is a neighborhood characteristic which reports the ratio of owner-occupied units valued at $25,000 or higher to the total number of owner-occupied units in the neighborhood for which the value is tabulated (owner-occupied units valued at $25,000 or over / total owner-occupied units for which value is tabulated). The ratio ranges from .00 to .99 (decimal implied) with values rounded to the nearest decimal place.
