County ICPSR code

Description
COUNTYICP reports the county in which the deceased person was located using the coding scheme developed by the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR).

Codes are state-dependent and must be interpreted in combination with STATEICP or STATEFIPS. The variable COUNTY combines state and county codes in one variable and for most purposes is more convenient than COUNTYICP.
